1. Slide each arm cuff onto the alignment rod with the cuff openings facing in.
  2. Make sure the connection belt is securely attached to the posts on each arm cuff cylinder.
  3. Attach the rod extensions for maximum visual alignment aid. As an option for a simpler visual appearance, attach the end screws from the short game rod in place of the rod extensions.
  4. Wear the device over your biceps.
  5. Adjust the connection belt tighter or looser as needed to provide more or less arm-body connection.
  6. Rehearse key swing positions for alignment, rotation and swing plane, or hit any shot at full speed.

Additional uses:

  • Swing Align XL can be worn on the lower body for short game drills, to see lower body rotation, or to work on swing sequence.

HOW TO USE YOUR SWING ALIGN SHORT GAME

  1. Remove the end screws from the alignment rod.
  2. Slide each arm cuff onto the alignment rod with the cuff openings facing out. Be sure to remove the stretchy connection- belt from the arm cuffs.
  3. Screw the end screws into each end of the alignment rod so the cuffs cannot slide off.
  4. Wear the device over your biceps.
  5. Slightly squeeze your arms together so the cuffs hit the stopper. This forms the perfect arm-shoulder triangle.
  6. Adjust the stoppers into different notches as needed to properly space your arms.
  7. Hit putts or chip shots, or rehearse your stroke by slightly squeezing your arms together and using your big muscles to move the triangle. This keeps your arms moving at the same speed for control and consistency.

Additional Uses:

  • Swing Align Short Game can be used to hit full shots.
  • Follow the procedure above but push the stoppers out of the notches and into the center of the rod before starting.
  • In Step 2 put the arm cuffs on the alignment rod with the cuff openings facing in.
  • Connect the belt to the posts on the arm cuff cylinders and adjust the size as needed once you are wearing the device.
  • For full swings don't squeeze your arms together. The connection belt will hold your arms together, providing arm-body connection and helping you make a compact swing by eliminating a flying elbow or too much arm swing.
